Arranmore App Stats

It's been a couple of years since we launched the Arranmore Ferry mobile app and we wanted to share some of the stats that we have from this year.

App Stats

We've collected some of our favouite stats from Apple's App Store and Google Play.

Our app is being used... a lot!

Our proudest stats are the usage of the apps, in April alone the apps were used over 2500 times! We think that's because of Easter, but could just be because the app is so essential to our passengers! (For the cynical, the ferry team doesn't add to these stats, we have different tools.)

Downloads by country, take a guess!

Downloads by country are obvious, 61% are in Ireland but the 'Others' category here is made of of users from Spain, Belgium, Germany and as far away as Australia. People, no doubt, want to be kept up to date about Arranmore Island and it's sailings no matter where they are.

iOS v Android!

Last but by no means least, the breakdown of Android and iOS has always been close for our app but at this time, there are more installs on Android than iOS.
