Reduced Mobile Onboard Arranmore Blu

We're thrilled to introduce the Arranmore Blu, the newest addition to our ferry fleet—and a big step forward in making travel between Arranmore and the mainland more accessible for everyone.

From day one, our priority has been to ensure that no one is left behind. With that in mind, Arranmore Blu was designed with a range of features to support passengers with reduced mobility, parents with prams, and anyone who appreciates a bit of extra comfort when travelling.

Board with Ease

One of the standout features of the Arranmore Blu is the boarding ramp. It’s wide, sturdy, and gently sloped—perfect for wheelchair users, those with walking aids, or families pushing prams. Getting on and off the ferry is now smoother and safer, no matter your mobility needs.

Spacious Design

Once onboard, you'll notice wide, stable stairs that make moving between levels easier for everyone. We've also ensured there’s ample seating so that all passengers can sit comfortably for the duration of the journey.

Accessible Facilities

We know that an accessible journey isn't just about getting on and off—it's also about comfort throughout the trip. That’s why Arranmore Blu features an accessible toilet, designed with extra space and thoughtful fittings to accommodate all needs.

The Arranmore Blu represents our ongoing commitment to inclusive travel, and we’re proud to now offer a vessel that better serves every member of our community.
