Just a little update on the progress of our new ferry, which is designed to carry 10 cars comfortably and up to 250 passengers. All the crew at Bute Boatbuilders and the team at Marine Design International are working very hard to ensure we have an early 2024 launch.

Furthermore, the new Arranmore Ferry ship will not only focus on capacity but also prioritize passenger comfort and amenities. Modern interiors, spacious seating areas, and improved facilities will ensure a pleasant journey for passengers. Additionally, the ship will feature enhanced safety measures, state-of-the-art navigation systems, and eco-friendly technologies, aligning with contemporary sustainability practices.

The launch of the new Arranmore Ferry ship in 2024 signifies a significant step forward in improving transportation infrastructure and connectivity for Arranmore Island.
